Portland defeated the T-Birds 4-1 Friday at accesso ShoWare Center. Matthew Wedman had the T-Birds only goal. Cole Schwebius had 27 saves. Joachim Blichfeld, John Ludvig, Lane Gilliss, and Josh Paterson scored for the Winterhawks. Shane Farkas had 25 saves.
